Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized before being returned.  Call 1-800-996-5481 to obtain an authorization number and write the number we give to you on the outside of the box prior to mailing it back to us.

Any product authorized for return must be in new un-used condition for a credit to be issued.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns. 

We regret that for health reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns of hygiene, eating, drinking and dining products.  Products which are labled with this sign  HG  are included.

Any defective products must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be replaced free of charge. 

Shipping: Products are shipped either via USPS, UPS or Fed EX depending on product and size of box.  Most items are shipped the same day or day after ordering (except Sunday).
